Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
• Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, or until the order has
been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Charges: No cancellation charges if done within the allowed timeframe.
• Refund: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7
business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Shakti:
• Reasons for Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by Shakti due to stock
unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any technical error.
• Notification: Customers will be informed via SMS, email, or app notification.
• Refund: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Items:
Products which have been delivered and are in good condition are not eligible for cancellation
4. Process for Cancellation:
• Customers can cancel orders directly through the app or by contacting customer support.

5. Exceptions:
• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers can choose the
return process, if applicable.
